Detail-oriented and dependable Production Technician with experience assembling parts, subassemblies, and finished products in a manufacturing environment. Skilled in using hand tools, reading work instructions and technical drawings, and performing wiring and tubing installations. Committed to maintaining high quality standards, workplace safety, and efficient production processes. Strong team player with a willingness to learn new skills, including soldering and advanced assembly techniques. Recognized for reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers to meet production goals.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble components, subassemblies, and finished products according to specifications and work instructions.
Utilize hand tools such as screwdrivers, wrenches, drills, and other assembly equipment.
Perform wiring, tubing, and mechanical assembly tasks.
Read and interpret technical drawings, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions.
Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and company objectives.
Assist coworkers as needed to support workflow and operational efficiency.
Learn and apply soldering techniques when required for product assembly.
Qualifications
Knowledge of wiring and tubing installation.
Ability to read and follow work instructions and technical drawings.
Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Commitment to workplace safety and PPE requirements.
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience using basic hand tools and assembly equipment.
