We are seeking a Production Technician for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Wyandotte, MI. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 3 years of production, assembly, equipment operation, or material handling experience who are ready to build long-term career stability.
As a Production Technician, you will support daily production operations by operating equipment, assembling materials, moving product, performing basic troubleshooting, and following established safety and quality procedures. Key Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment safely and efficiently according to work instructions and production standards.
- Perform assembly, material handling, loading, unloading, and general production support tasks.
- Monitor equipment and product flow to identify basic issues and report concerns promptly.
- Use basic math, measurement tools, and production documentation to support accurate output.
- Follow all safety procedures, quality standards, and workplace guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area throughout the shift.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21.00 to $21.50 per hour.
- Schedule: 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.

- Must be able to complete required drug screening and medical exam.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to work a 6:45 PM to 7:00 AM shift in a production environment.
