Production Technician - Full-Time
Step into a hands-on role where you help create high-quality finished products in a clean, safety-focused, and team-oriented environment. As a Production Technician, you’ll be a key part of the production process—from dispensing and filling to packaging and labeling—ensuring our products are consistently accurate, safe, and ready for customers.
What You’ll Do
- Work on-site as part of a production team handling all steps in the manufacturing process (no remote work; this is a true hands-on role).
- Dispense and fill bottles, cap and apply heat-shrink seals, and attach labels to finished products.
- Operate automated and semi-automated equipment while performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods.
- Enter accurate production data into our ERP system and complete required documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Alert management to any mechanical or material issues and help remove roadblocks to keep production on track.
- Support activities that improve inventory accuracy and take on additional tasks as needed.

Work Environment & Physical Demands
- Primarily based in a professional office/production environment with frequent interaction with manufacturing equipment and personnel.
- Regular use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, photocopiers, filing systems).
- Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when working with raw materials, final products, or performing environmental analysis.
- Regularly required to talk or hear; frequently stand, walk, use hands, and reach with arms.
- Occasionally lift up to 30 pounds.
Schedule
- Regular full-time role, Monday through Friday, approximately 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
- Overtime may be required with little or no notice to meet customer demand.
