What You’ll Do

• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently.
• Conduct routine safety and equipment inspections and maintain production records.
• Prepare and label finished goods packaging and stage materials for product compounding.
• Collect quality control samples and assist with process troubleshooting.
• Operate forklifts and maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area.
• Participate in audits, inspections, and required training sessions.

Shift Schedule

• Week 1: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday (36 hours)
• Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday (48 hours – 40 regular + 8 overtime)
• Shift Times: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day) | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night)
• Flexibility is required as shifts rotate every other week.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and adaptability.
• Forklift Experience
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs frequently and 75 lbs occasionally, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
