Production Support Associate Responsibilities
PAY RATE: $16.00/hr.
LOCATION: High Point, NC 27263
SCHEDULE: Monday–Thursday (4 days), 7:00 AM–7:00 PM (12 Hours)
The Production Support Associate provides essential support to operators and production areas, while helping ensure materials, equipment, and daily operations run smoothly. This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Provide relief coverage for operators during breaks.
• Move and deliver materials to the appropriate production stations.
• Support operators with daily production needs.
• Assist with various tasks in the extrusion department.
• Perform repetitive assembly and production-related tasks as needed.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned to support production operations.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of factory or manufacturing-related work experience.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and remain standing for the duration of the shift.
• Possess basic hand tool skills.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly work using hands and arms, including bending, and stretching.
• Ability to read a tape measure and apply basic math skills.
• Must be willing and able to wear required personal protective equipment, including steel-toed boots and safety glasses.
