Production Supervisor – 1st Shift
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Salary range: $80k - $85k anually

We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations and support a high-performing production team. This role is responsible for ensuring products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong manufacturing experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive operational excellence through teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, and on-time delivery goals.
Lead, coach, and develop production employees while fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
Monitor production performance metrics, including productivity, quality, scrap, rework, and delivery performance.
Coordinate labor, equipment, and production schedules to maximize efficiency.
Ensure compliance with manufacturing procedures, SOPs, IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards, AS9100 requirements, and customer specifications.
Partner with Quality, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to resolve production challenges and implement corrective actions.
Identify and implement process improvements using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient production environment.
Qualifications
5+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong background supervising production teams and managing daily manufacturing activities.
Knowledge of AS9100, IPC/WHMA-A-620, and quality management systems.
Experience with ERP systems and production scheduling.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience in contract manufacturing is highly preferred.
