Production Supervisor (2nd Shift)
Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Salary Range: $85k - $95k
Schedule: 2nd Shift

Are you an experienced Production Supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing and aerospace? We're looking for a hands-on leader who is passionate about driving production efficiency, leading high-performing teams, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

What You'll Do

Supervise daily manufacturing operations to ensure production goals, quality standards, and on-time delivery are achieved.

Lead, coach, and develop production employees while promoting teamwork and accountability.

Monitor production performance, including productivity, quality, scrap, rework, and delivery metrics.
Coordinate labor, equipment, and production schedules to maximize efficiency.

Partner with Quality, Engineering, and Operations to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles.

Ensure compliance with AS9100, IPC/WHMA-A-620, SOPs, and customer requirements.

Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
