What You'll Do:
• Lead daily production activities to meet production goals, quality standards, and KPIs.
• Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate priorities, safety updates, and production targets.
• Assign and supervise employees on the production floor to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor productivity, coach team members, and resolve operational issues in real time.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, PPE requirements, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with staffing partners and cross-functional teams to meet workforce and production needs.
• Maintain production records, reports, and shift handoff documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and help identify process improvements.
Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and workplace safety requirements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
