Sick Leave
Provides regular, full-time and part-time employees with paid sick days. Employees become eligible for sick days after completing 90 days of employment. Full-time employees accrue 5 sick days per calendar year; accrual is one (1) hour for every 30 hours worked. Sick Leave may be used one (1) hour increments.
Sick days may also be used if an employee needs time off for scheduled medical procedures.
The maximum accrual allowed for full-time employees is 5 days. If the need for sick leave is foreseeable, employees are required to give at least 30 days’ advance notice (e.g., planned medical treatment) whenever possible.
If the need for sick leave is not foreseeable, employees are asked to notify their supervisor as soon as it is practical. If an employee misses three (3) or more consecutive days because of illness, requires the employee to provide a physician’s written permission to return to work.
Except as required by state law, unused sick days will not be paid at termination on the employee’s final paycheck.
Sick leave will be administered in accordance with the Arizona Fair Wages and Healthy Families Act.

Skills/Qualifications/Requirements


High school diploma or GED required, and you must be at least 18 years of age.
Bachelors Preferred




Minimum three (3) years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
Knowledge of manufacturing processes, safety standards, and PPE requirements.
Ability to meet deadlines and perform under pressure with a positive,
“can-do” attitude.

Flexibility to work long or demanding hours when required.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to actively supervise on the production floor for extended periods.
Commitment to upholding company mission, values, and code of conduct.
Physical Requirements


Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. with no accommodation. You must be able to stand for extended periods of time, twist, bend, reach, pull, push, and stretch any raw materials as needed.
