Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Supervisor for a Direct Hire opportunity in Cataño, PR, within the food and beverage production industry. This role is ideal for an organized, responsible, and results-driven professional who is ready to lead daily production operations in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, safety, teamwork, and operational efficiency.

The Production Supervisor will coordinate, supervise, and ensure compliance with daily production processes while supporting the effective use of equipment, materials, and labor resources. Key Responsibilities

- Supervise production personnel during daily operations, including products manufactured and packaged by the company.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of daily production processes in alignment with operational goals.
- Monitor employee productivity, efficiency, performance, and adherence to established procedures.
- Support quality, safety, organization, and good manufacturing practices throughout the production area.
- Train, guide, and support production team members to promote consistent and effective performance.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, and resources during production operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $30,000 to $35,000 per year.
- Employment type: Direct Hire.
- Location: Cataño, PR.
