Key Responsibilities

- Supervise production personnel during daily operations, including products manufactured and packaged by the company.
- Coordinate and ensure completion of daily production processes in alignment with operational goals.
- Monitor employee productivity, efficiency, performance, and adherence to established procedures.
- Support quality, safety, organization, and good manufacturing practices throughout the production area.
- Train, guide, and support production team members to promote consistent and effective performance.
- Ensure proper use of equipment, materials, and resources during production operations.

Compensation and Benefits

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and follow up on daily processes.
- Commitment to quality, safety, productivity, and continuous improvement.
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Previous experience in food and beverage production.
- Knowledge of good manufacturing practices, occupational safety, or quality control.
- Experience training or directing production personnel.
- Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
