We are looking for a driven, hands-on Production Supervisor to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume facility. This role is ideal for experienced leaders who thrive in continuous improvement environments and know how to balance people, productivity, and quality.

What You’ll Do

Lead and supervise daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and product quality
Plan and organize workflows based on production schedules and business priorities
Monitor production performance, equipment readiness, and material availability
Drive accountability across teams to meet production targets and KPIs
Manage and develop production staff:

Train, coach, and evaluate performance
Support employee engagement and continuous improvement


Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
Analyze production issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions
Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reporting
Collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows, reduce waste, and optimize output


What We’re Looking For

4+ years of experience as a Production Supervisor or Packaging Supervisor in:

Food, beverage, or highly regulated manufacturing environment


Strong leadership ability with experience managing teams in fast-paced production settings
Hands-on experience with:

ERP systems (NetSuite required)
Redzone (strongly preferred)


Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Ability to prioritize, adapt quickly, and lead under pressure
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on efficiency and quality
Bachelor’s degree preferred
