We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for overseeing production associates, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and driving operational efficiency across the production floor. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, hands-on manufacturing experience, and the ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and operational oversight for manufacturing production activities
Ensure production schedules, quality standards, and KPI goals are achieved safely and efficiently
Conduct pre-shift meetings to communicate production goals, priorities, and safety updates
Review production reports and complete operational documentation at the start and end of each shift
Monitor attendance and maintain accurate staffing and headcount records
Assign team members to workstations based on production demands and workflow needs
Perform routine production floor walkthroughs to monitor productivity, coach employees, and resolve issues in real time
Partner with staffing agencies to coordinate temporary workforce coverage as needed
Ensure compliance with SOPs, machinery operating procedures, and quality control standards
Work closely with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) teams to maintain PPE compliance and safe work practices
Identify and address production bottlenecks, workflow interruptions, and equipment-related concerns
Maintain accurate daily production records and provide detailed shift handoff summaries

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Prior supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, workplace safety standards, and PPE requirements
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with a positive, team-oriented attitude
Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when needed
Commitment to professionalism, accountability, and operational excellence

Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without accommodation
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, pushing, and stretching throughout the shift
