Production Supervisor for Food Processing

About the Role
AppleOne is recruiting for a highly motivated Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and packaging operations in a fast paced food production environment. This role supports efficient production flow, ensures quality and food safety compliance, and provides hands-on leadership to help the team meet operational goals. The right candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team leader with a solid background in food manufacturing or related production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Production Leadership
• Lead and oversee daily operations for production and packaging.
• Plan and schedule work to maximize labor, equipment, and material utilization.
• Assign and monitor tasks to ensure shift productivity and on-time production.
• Communicate clear production goals and expectations to the production team.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to support preventive and corrective maintenance.
Qualifications
• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment, preferably in food production.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related field or at least 3 years of leadership experience in food manufacturing.
• HACCP and/or PCQI certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, FSMA, and food safety systems.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually (based on experience).
