Immediate need for a production supervisor for a food manufacturer/distributor. Company is located in the heart of Los Angeles (90012).

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met, inspect and ensure quality of products, train/discipline production staff, troubleshooting and production logs and act as a liaison between production staff and management. Other tasks as needed.

Must have one year minimum experience in manufacturing and production supervising. Understanding of production machinery, processes, and quality control techniques. Ability to motivate teams, delegate tasks, and communicate effectively with diverse groups. Strong critical thinking skills to make quick, logical decisions.
