The Production Supervisor will oversee all manufacturing activities during the second shift, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity standards are met. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team of 7 production workers in a fast-paced environment.

Job Title: Production Supervisor
Location: Oxnard, CA
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (must be able to train on 1st shift)
Type: Temp-to-Hire

? Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily production operations for the 2nd shift

Lead and manage a team of 7 production workers

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards

Monitor workflow and adjust resources to meet production targets

Train, coach, and develop team members

Conduct equipment inspections and resolve production issues promptly

Maintain accurate records of production output and labor hours

Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams

Support continuous improvement initiatives

?? Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent (Associate/Bachelor’s preferred)

3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing/production

Strong understanding of production processes, safety, and quality control

Excellent leadership and communication skills

Ability to make decisions under pressure and work independently

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience a plus

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
