We’re looking for a Production Planner to join our team and help drive efficient, on-time manufacturing operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can pivot quickly while maintaining a clear focus on production goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Scheduling: Develop and manage detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and available resources.
Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods to prevent shortages or overstock.
Resource Allocation: Optimize the use of materials, equipment, and labor to ensure cost-effective and efficient production.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, warehousing, engineering, and manufacturing teams to align production plans.
Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and setbacks to maintain workflow and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Skills:

High school diploma required
1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Background in electronics, aerospace, defense, or other high-compliance industries preferred
Strong leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and adapt to changing priorities
