General Job Duties:
• Schedule production orders for assigned production lines.
• Responsible for cycle count accuracy. Perform cycle counts monthly, analyze and determine root cause of
discrepancies.
• Responsible for inventory control:
o Release work orders. Work with production on resolving issues as required.
o Issue materials and report materials and activity transactions in Dynamics D365 ERP system.
o Enter new part numbers and assemblies in ERP system.
o Maintain inventory and production related schedules and reports as required.
o Backup to other planners (Valencia site)
• Other duties include the following if applicable to your location:
o Maintain data integrity in D365 system as required.
o Intercompany production planning with Czech Republic and Germany.
? Work with sales and Cesio and Nuclitec teams to effectively maintain and plan intercompany
orders; issue purchase orders.
• Support other departments as required.
Requirements:
1. Minimum education (or substitute experience) required: High School Diploma; Associates or
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2. Minimum experience required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in materials, production control or
purchasing.
3. Experience in the following areas:
o Ability to travel and work in Burbank and in Valencia.
o Basic math skills
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow through skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
o Experience in computer based MRP/ERP systems a plus.
