This Production Operator – Mixing & Processing Position Features:

We are seeking a Production Operator to support mixing and manufacturing operations at an onsite facility in Bay Point, CA. This role focuses on equipment clean-up, batch mixing support, and changeover activities while maintaining strict safety, quality, and efficiency standards. This is a full-time, overnight position with a rotating schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform mixer, vessel, and tooling clean-up following safety requirements
- Support batch mixing operations, changeovers, and next-job setups
- Manage tooling and materials, including tracking, documentation, and reporting
- Assist with 5S and visual management initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

- High School Diploma or GED required
- 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments preferred
- Ability to pass a Light Industrial testing (Green score)
- Strong basic math skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work overnight shifts, climb stairs, and perform physical tasks
- Must pass background check and drug screen
