Schedule: Monday–Friday

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (with potential overtime until 12:30 AM)

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Operator to join a growing electronics manufacturing team in Fremont. In this role, you’ll work with precision components, preparing and coating printed circuit boards (PCBs) that power a wide range of high-tech products.

This position involves hands-on work under a microscope, using fine tools to mask, coat, and inspect small electronic parts. If you have great hand-eye coordination and enjoy meticulous, quality-driven tasks, this is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career in advanced manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare printed circuit boards (PCBs) for coating using masking materials.

Mask and de-mask PCBs according to drawings, process documents, or instructions.

Perform conformal coating, potting, and staking of assemblies as directed.

Operate automated dispensing and coating equipment as needed.

Select and use appropriate tools for masking and de-masking processes.

Follow established quality and safety procedures (ISO9001, AS9100 standards).

Qualifications

Strong dexterity and ability to handle very small components using tweezers under a microscope.

Detail-oriented with the ability to follow written instructions and technical drawings.

Experience in PCB conformal coating, masking, or encapsulation is a plus.

Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a cleanroom or production environment.
