This Production Operator – Batch Mixing Position Features:
• Four-day Work Rotation
• Long-term Manufacturing Experience
• Consistent Overnight Schedule

We are seeking an experienced Production Operator to support batch mixing and equipment-cleaning operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This temporary position pays $29 per hour and follows a 12-hour graveyard schedule from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, working four days on and four days off.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with batch processing, industrial equipment, production changeovers, and chemical or solvent handling.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform mixer, vessel, and tooling clean-up
Support batch mixing and production changeovers
Install, clean, track, and replenish production tooling
Retrieve, filter, transfer, and store production solvents
Complete next-job setups and production checklists
Maintain accurate daily records and performance tracking
Follow established safety, quality, and 5S procedures
Work efficiently within production deadlines and team goals

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or GED required
Previous experience in batch mixing, blending, filling, or process manufacturing
Experience operating and cleaning industrial production equipment
Familiarity with changeover and equipment-setup procedures
Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to retain training and maintain accurate records
Ability to climb 20 or more stairs several times per shift
Must be available for the 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM rotating schedule
Must pass the Brillium Light Industrial assessment, criminal background check, and drug screen
