Job Summary
The Production Operator (Specialized) supports manufacturing operations by preparing and processing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for conformal coating. This role is ideal for someone with excellent manual dexterity, strong focus, and hands-on experience working with small, delicate PCB components under a microscope.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare printed circuit boards (PCBs) for conformal coating using appropriate masking materials
Mask and de-mask PCBs according to drawings, process documentation, and work instructions
Perform staking, potting, and coating operations as instructed
Operate automated dispensing and coating equipment when required
Select and use appropriate tools for masking and de-masking
Follow all quality and safety standards, including ISO9001 and AS9100

Hands-on experience working with PCB boards (required – this role is PCB-focused)
Excellent manual dexterity — ability to use tweezers to handle very small, delicate components
Comfortable working under a microscope for extended periods
Ability to sit for long periods of time while performing detailed, repetitive work
Entry-level manufacturing or production line experience
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions
Ability to read and follow PCB drawings and work instructions
Good English communication skills
Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
Available to start immediately
Preferred (Nice to Have)
Experience with PCB conformal coating or encapsulation (potting)
Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, or similar quality standards
Experience using automated dispensing or coating equipment
