A leader in the repair and coating of gas turbine components for the aerospace and heavy industrial turbine industries, is seeking reliable, motivated Production Operators for our 1st shift. You will work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment supporting a variety of departments, including Stators, Vanes, Fan Cases, and Composites.
We have openings for the following areas: Grit/Sandblast, Plating, Airflow, Blending, Masking, Brazing, Chemical Strip, Bonding, and Teardown.
Start Date: October 13, 2025-End Date: April 12, 2026
Location: 601 Marshall Phelps Rd, Windsor, CT 06095
Pay Rate: $22.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM
Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in the assembly and disassembly of aircraft engine parts for repair processes.
• Perform chemical and hand cleaning (steam cleaning, acid etch, sanding, blending, brazing, deburring) to remove foreign materials.
• Conduct minor repairs or modifications using shop machines and equipment.
• Set up and operate equipment to test engine components for serviceability.
• Use precision measurement equipment to identify areas requiring re-work.
• Follow technical orders, Process Routing Work Instructions (PRWIs), blueprints, sketches, and specialized fixtures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

Qualifications
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to read, write, and follow detailed work instructions and specifications.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools and gauges.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent standing, bending, twisting, and lifting 25+ lbs for 8+ hours.
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is strongly preferred.
