Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience who are looking for a stable opportunity with long-term potential.

The Production Operator will support daily production activities by producing parts according to quality standards, following written work instructions, documenting work accurately, and maintaining a safe, organized production area. This position offers a structured work environment, supportive leadership, teamwork, and the opportunity to build skills through cross-training and hands-on production experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate within established production processes to produce parts according to certification, quality, and productivity standards.
- Follow written instructions, travelers, and log sheets to accurately document completed operations.
- Use proper PPE and safety equipment while maintaining compliance with safety and quality requirements.
- Use precision measuring tools to verify work and support accurate production results.
- Maintain department cleanliness and organization using 5-S principles.
- Communicate professionally with team members, leadership, and customers while supporting daily production goals.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $20.00 per hour.
- Job Type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Location: Phoenix, AZ 85043.
- First Shift: 6:30am to 3:00pm.
- Second Shift: 3:00pm to 11:30pm.
- Third Shift: 10:30pm to 7:00am.



Required Qualifications and Skills

- Produce parts according to certification, quality, and production standards.
- Complete travelers, log sheets, and required production documentation accurately.
- Maintain production time standards while following written work instructions.
- Support safety, quality, housekeeping, and 5-S expectations in the production area.

- 1 to 2 years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience preferred for this role.
- Ability to follow and understand written instructions.
- Ability to use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to follow PPE, safety, and company quality requirements.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to work effectively with peers, leadership, and customers.
- Willingness to cross-train other employees and support team productivity.
- Ability to adhere to ethical standards and company policies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Familiarity with 5-S housekeeping principles.
- Experience documenting production activity using travelers, log sheets, or similar records.
- Previous experience supporting quality-focused production processes.
