Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of production, machine operation, or general operations experience who enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment.

As a Production Operator, you will help keep production running efficiently by setting up machines, feeding materials, monitoring output, identifying issues, and maintaining accurate records. This is a great opportunity for a self-starter who takes pride in quality work, safe operations, and being part of a dependable production team.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up production machines, including calibration, cleaning, and preparation for operation.
- Control and adjust machine settings to support efficient and accurate production.
- Feed raw materials into machines and monitor equipment during the shift.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may occur during production.
- Inspect finished goods to identify non-conforming products and support quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of approved units, defective units, and inventory-related activity.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay rate: $18 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Job type: Contract/temporary.
