Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator for a contract/temporary opportunity in West Palm Beach, FL. This hands-on manufacturing role is ideal for someone with 1 to 2 years of production, machine operation, or general operations experience who enjoys working in a structured, team-focused environment.
As a Production Operator, you will help keep production running efficiently by setting up machines, feeding materials, monitoring output, identifying issues, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities
- Set up production machines, including calibration, cleaning, and preparation for operation.
- Control and adjust machine settings to support efficient and accurate production.
- Feed raw materials into machines and monitor equipment during the shift.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues that may occur during production.
- Inspect finished goods to identify non-conforming products and support quality control standards.
- Maintain accurate records of approved units, defective units, and inventory-related activity.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $18 per hour.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
- Job type: Contract/temporary.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Operate and monitor production machines in a manufacturing environment.
- Set up, clean, calibrate, and adjust machines as needed.
- Inspect output for quality and identify non-conforming finished goods.
- Maintain production, defect, and inventory control records.
- 1 to 2 years of production, machine operation, manufacturing, or related operations experience preferred.
- Ability to feed raw materials into machines and follow production processes accurately.
- Basic troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve routine production issues.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and safety.
- Ability to maintain records of approved and defective units.
- Self-starter with a dependable work ethic and willingness to stay productive throughout the shift.
- Ability to work the scheduled Monday through Thursday shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience with inventory control in a production or manufacturing environment.
- Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing, warehouse, or operations setting.
- Familiarity with basic quality checks and production documentation.
