Job Summary
A well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fremont, CA is seeking a Production Operator for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented manufacturing professional with strong hand dexterity, experience working with small components, and the ability to follow precise production instructions.
As a Production Operator, you will support the conformal coating and encapsulation of printed circuit board assemblies. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using proper masking materials and approved processes.
- Mask and de-mask circuit boards according to drawings, process documentation, and work instructions.
- Perform staking, potting, and coating tasks as directed by production requirements.
- Operate or assist with automated dispensing and coating robots when requested.
- Select and use appropriate tools for masking, de-masking, and handling small electronic components.
- Maintain attention to detail while following quality standards and production procedures.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $21.00 to $22.00 per hour.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Prepare and process printed circuit board assemblies for conformal coating and encapsulation.
- Perform detailed masking, de-masking, staking, potting, and coating work.
- Read and follow PCB drawings, process documentation, and production instructions.
- Support quality-driven manufacturing processes in an assembly environment.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant production, assembly, electronics manufacturing, or related experience preferred.
- Excellent manual dexterity and ability to handle very small, delicate components using tweezers.
- Ability to work accurately under a microscope for detailed assembly or coating tasks.
- Ability to read, understand, and follow printed circuit board drawings and instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
- Ability to follow ISO9001, AS9100, and other applicable quality standards.
- Comfortable using small hand tools and working in a controlled production environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation.
- Experience with staking, potting, masking, de-masking, or electronics assembly.
- Familiarity with automated dispensing or coating equipment.
- Prior experience in an ISO9001 or AS9100 manufacturing environment.
