A well-established and growing manufacturing company in Fremont is looking for a detail-oriented Production Operator to join their team. This company specializes in the conformal coating and encapsulation (potting) of printed circuit board assemblies.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday

Day Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Swing Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM (with 2 hours overtime until 12:30 AM)

Pay: $21/hr

Responsibilities:
-Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using appropriate masking materials
-Mask and de-mask circuit boards per drawings, process documentation, and/or instructions
-Perform staking, potting, and coating as directed
-Operate automated dispensing/coating robots as needed
-Identify and select the proper tools for masking and demasking tasks

Qualifications:

-Excellent dexterity and ability to handle very small, delicate components using tweezers under a microscope
-Strong attention to detail and steady hand coordination
-Ability to read, understand, and follow printed circuit board drawings
-Familiarity with ISO9001, AS9100, and other quality standards
-Previous experience with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation is a plus
