Looking for a PCB Conformal Coating Operator, where you'll play a vital role in preparing printed circuit boards (PCBs) for high-reliability environments such as aerospace and defense.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare PCBs for conformal coating using various masking materials
Mask and de-mask components accurately based on drawings and documentation
Perform coating, staking, and potting operations
Operate automated dispensing and coating equipment
Select and use appropriate tools for masking and de-masking
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality standards
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Background in electronics, aerospace, defense, or other regulated industries preferred
Comfortable working under a microscope with small tools and components
Ability to read and interpret PCB drawings and process documentation
Prior experience with conformal coating or encapsulation is a plus
