A well-established and growing manufacturing company located in Fremont. That Specializes in the conformal coating and encapsulation (potting) of printed circuit board assemblies, is looking for Production Operators. Responsibility:
1. Prepare printed circuit boards for conformal coating using the appropriate masking materials.
2. Mask and de-mask circuit boards per drawings, process documentation, and/or instructions
3. Perform staking, potting, and coating as instructed
4. Handle automated dispensing/coating robots as requested
5. Identify and choose the right tools to use while masking/demasking
Qualifications: The most critical skill – dexterity, ability to use tweezer to handle very small and delicate components under microscope.
1. Excellent dexterity, ability to work on small components under microscope
2. Ability to read, understand, and follow printed circuit boards drawings
3. Very detail oriented
4. Ability to follow ISO9001, AS9100, and other quality standards
5. Experiences with PCB conformal coating and encapsulation is a plus.
