We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support manufacturing and repair operations. This hands-on role involves working with tools and equipment to produce or refurbish parts according to detailed specifications. Ideal for candidates with a background in manufacturing, construction, or industrial settings. Located in San Diego, CA. $20-22hr DOE
Key Responsibilities:
-Use tools and machinery to manufacture or repair parts per traveler specifications
-Perform inspections to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
-Participate in on-the-job training (OJT) to learn production techniques
-Follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures
-Maintain strong attendance and punctuality
-Complete all tasks assigned by leadership
Qualifications:
-Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or construction environments (preferred)
-Familiarity with hand tools and production equipment
-Strong time management and attention to detail
-Ability to follow instructions precisely
-Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
