A growing advanced manufacturing organization in Tolleson, AZ is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead manufacturing operations in a fast-paced electronics and energy technology environment. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing activities, partner closely with quality, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams, and help strengthen operational discipline across the facility. Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily production operations to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and efficiency goals.
- Manage production schedules, staffing plans, workflow priorities, labor utilization, equipment needs, and material flow.
- Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and production team members while promoting accountability and engagement.
- Monitor manufacturing performance metrics, identify gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve operational results.
- Lead lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and process optimization initiatives to improve throughput and reduce bottlenecks.
- Partner with quality, engineering, supply chain, and leadership teams to support production goals, compliance standards, and business objectives.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $115,000 to $135,000 per year.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Lead manufacturing operations and daily production activities in a fast-paced production environment.
- Manage production planning, scheduling, workforce allocation, workflow priorities, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Develop supervisors and production personnel while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and operational excellence.
- 10+ years of manufacturing, production, or operations experience.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing production teams.
- Strong experience leading operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Solid background in production planning, scheduling, staffing, and workforce management.
- Proven success improving manufacturing performance, throughput, efficiency, and operational execution.
- Experience using ERP or manufacturing systems to track production, inventory, resources, and performance metrics.
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience with ERP and MES systems.
- Background in electronics, battery, energy storage, semiconductor, industrial, aerospace, medical device, contract manufacturing, or EMS environments.
- Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement experience.
