Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager for a direct hire, in-person opportunity in Phoenix, AZ within the electronics, components, and semiconductor manufacturing industry. This role is ideal for a hands-on operations leader with strong production management, process improvement, and team leadership experience.

The Production Manager will provide strategic direction for production operations, oversee personnel and schedules, and drive efficient manufacturing processes in a fast-paced technical environment. Key Responsibilities

- Lead daily production operations, including workforce planning, scheduling, workflow coordination, and performance management.
- Provide leadership, training, and development for production personnel to support safety, quality, productivity, and accountability.
- Design, evaluate, and improve production processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
- Coordinate internal communication across departments to ensure production goals, timelines, and customer expectations are met.
- Monitor inventory control, process performance, ERP/MES activity, and production data to support informed operational decisions.
- Support strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives within a technical manufacturing environment.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $120,000 to $130,000 annually.
- Job Type: Direct hire.
- Work Arrangement: In-person role in Phoenix, AZ.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with overtime as needed.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Lead production operations and provide strategic direction for manufacturing teams.
- Manage production schedules, personnel training, and operational priorities.
- Oversee process design, process analysis, and production process management.
- Support internal communication, inventory control, and customer-related production requirements.

- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in production operations or process management.
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or production operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with ERP and MES systems.
- Knowledge of inventory control, electronics manufacturing, process design, process analysis, and customer relationship management.
- Strong communication skills, work ethic, follow-through, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in battery production or electrical/electronic production process management.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Understanding of global business environments and cross-border collaboration.
- Familiarity with Korean culture.
- Ability to communicate in Korean is preferred.
