We are actively hiring a Production Manager to lead operations within a fast-paced, growing manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving production performance, team leadership, and operational efficiency while ensuring quality and delivery expectations are consistently achieved.

This is a high-impact leadership opportunity with strong visibility and the ability to help shape and scale production as the facility continues to expand.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Manufacturing Operations

Oversee daily production activities, including decorative printing and product marking processes
Execute production schedules to meet output, quality, and on-time delivery goals
Track and manage key performance metrics such as productivity, scrap, downtime, and yield
Ensure effective utilization of labor, materials, and equipment

Leadership & Team Development

Lead a team of 50–60 employees, including supervisors, leads, and operators
Manage staffing, scheduling, and daily floor coverage
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management
Build a culture focused on accountability, engagement, and results

Quality & Process Execution

Ensure compliance with work instructions, SOPs, and quality standards
Partner closely with Quality and Engineering to address production challenges
Support initiatives aimed at improving consistency and reducing defects

Continuous Improvement & Efficiency

Identify and implement improvements in workflow, throughput, and equipment utilization
Support lean manufacturing initiatives and process optimization efforts
Analyze production data and take corrective action where needed

Safety & Compliance

Champion a strong safety culture and enforce workplace safety standards
Maintain an organized, efficient production floor aligned with 5S principles

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Customer Service, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics teams
Support new product launches and ensure production readiness
Provide reporting and updates to senior operations leadership
What You Bring
5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
2–3+ years of leadership experience managing teams and driving results
Strong understanding of production processes, scheduling, and performance metrics
Proven ability to improve efficiency and lead operational initiatives
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Highly Preferred:

Experience in printing, packaging, plastics, or consumer products manufacturing
Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations, or related field
Experience with ERP systems and production reporting tools
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Chinese)
