The Production Manager will lead the production organization in delivering high-quality products on time while aligning with company objectives. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end manufacturing processes from raw material to final shipment
* Enforce SOPs, IPC/WHMA-A-620, AS9100, and customer-specific standards
* Drive KPIs balancing output and quality (OTD, yield, scrap, rework, etc.)
* Foster collaboration across production teams with integrated quality practices
* Train, mentor, and develop employees, instilling a mindset of quality ownership
* Implement Lean practices to reduce waste and improve throughput
* Manage labor, equipment, and schedules to meet customer demands
* Ensure compliance with AS9100 and customer requirements
* Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for sustainable improvements
