AppleOne has partnered with a company in Huntington Beach needing a Production Manager. Experience in the aerospace industry a plus!
This role involves managing the manufacturing process, managing teams to ensure they are efficient and timely in the production of products. Budget management, forecasting, and procurement of raw materials, schedule management, and resource management.
Essential Job Functions:
-Manage purchasing and inventory levels
-Manage on-time delivery of products and supplies
-Create and implement production schedules
-Ensure safety standards are being followed
-Identify ways to improve process efficiency, streamline processes
-Train and develop teams
-Oversee all shipping and receiving processes
-Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
-Strong organization skills
Education and Experience Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent
5-7 years Production/Warehouse experience
Experience with production and team management
Experience with inventory management, purchasing
Proficient in Microsoft office
Proficient in Quick Books
Proficient in Fishbowl
Ability to use HubSpot (database)
Ability to lift max 30 lbs
