This role coordinates and supervises Production Supervisors to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, eliminating waste, and
implementing Lean Management practices to drive safety, quality, and cost improvements. The position also facilitates training and certification programs in collaboration with local management and corporate standards, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and optimizing materials, machinery, and personnel performance.

Required:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Science; or 6–8 years of leadership experience in manufacturing.

· Lean Black Belt Certification.

· Bilingual (Spanish and English): fluent in reading, writing, and speaking.

· Strong analytical skills and knowledge of process improvement technique
