Key Responsibilities:
Apply systems engineering methodologies to develop, validate, and manage product-level requirements and architectures.
Design and evaluate alternative systems, architectures, and operational concepts to optimize performance, cost, and reliability.
Lead system requirement analysis, simulation, design, integration, and delivery of communications solutions.
Manage system design risks and maintain configuration data from concept through delivery and support.
Perform system performance analysis and support capacity planning activities.
Provide clear communication around project status, issues, and resolutions.
Stay current with advancements in systems engineering methodologies and tools.
Manage multiple projects while ensuring alignment with design specifications, deadlines, and budgets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline required.
4–6 years of experience in systems engineering or a related field.
Experience with integrated shipboard communication systems strongly preferred.
Active security clearance is highly desirable.
Proficiency with tools such as DOORs, Cameo, AutoCAD, MS Visio, and Jira.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate in team environments.
