Position Summary
The Production Operator is responsible for operating filling machines to accurately fill products into finished packaging while maintaining compliance with company policies and quality standards. This role ensures proper documentation, inventory accuracy, and sanitation during the second shift.
Key Responsibilities
Operate filling machines to fill products into finished packaging according to specifications.
Follow all company policies, programs, and procedures, including GMPs, SOPs, and SSOPs.
Maintain accurate inventory of input materials and finished goods within the ERP system.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment per sanitation schedules and SSOPs.
Complete all required documentation clearly, concisely, and accurately.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.

High School Diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing preferred.
Ability to operate filling equipment and follow detailed procedures.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
