We are seeking a Production Equipment Assistant for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Houston, TX. This hands-on manufacturing role supports the production of cartons, boxes, and other paperboard products in an active warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist machine operators with equipment used to produce cartons, boxes, and other paperboard products.
- Load paper into machines, feed equipment, and support setup tasks, including mounting and removing print plates.
- Place top sheets on move tracks and assist with material handling throughout the production process.
- Clean machines and maintain work areas in a safe, organized, and production-ready condition.
- Support daily production goals by helping reduce downtime, minimize waste, and maintain quality standards.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety requirements while completing assigned tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary range: $30,000 to $37,180 per year.
- Job type: Temp-to-Hire.
- Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM, with 8-hour work shifts and a 40-hour work week.
- Friday schedule: 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
- Saturday schedule: 6:00 AM to 12:30 PM or 2:30 PM, as needed.
- Frequent overtime may be available, including Saturdays, depending on production needs.
- Safety goggles and ear protection are mandatory and provided.
