What You'll Do:
• Manage engineering projects from planning through execution, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering required.
• Master's Degree in Engineering Management or Technology Management is a plus.
• Minimum 1+ years of engineering, product development, or related experience.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with project management, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with battery pack or Energy Storage System (ESS) quality control.
• Knowledge of Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Power Conversion Systems (PCS).
• Experience working with global customers and international regulatory requirements.
• ISO, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or similar certifications.
• Korean language skills are highly preferred and considered a strong plus.
