We are seeking a Korean-speaking Production Engineer to join a growing engineering and manufacturing team in Phoenix, AZ. Key Responsibilities
Manage and support engineering projects from planning through execution
Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and resources
Lead and mentor engineering team members
Identify opportunities for process improvements, quality enhancements, and operational efficiency
Collaborate with production, quality, and management teams to achieve business objectives
Support new product, process, and technology development initiatives
Analyze and resolve technical and production-related challenges
Qualifications
? Fluent in Korean and English (Required)
? Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
? Engineering, manufacturing, or product development experience
? Strong project management and leadership skills
? Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
? Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment

Preferred Experience
Battery Pack or ESS (Energy Storage System) manufacturing
BMS (Battery Management Systems) or PCS (Power Conversion Systems)
ISO, Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt, or related certifications
Experience supporting international customers or regulatory compliance
