What You'll Do:


✅ Coordinate production timelines and purchase orders

✅ Track packaging, labels, samples, approvals, and deliveries

✅ Communicate with overseas factories and internal teams

✅ Monitor production status, shipping schedules, and compliance requirements

✅ Support retail and club store programs, including major accounts



What We're Looking For:


✔️ 3+ years of apparel production or sourcing experience

✔️ Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

✔️ Knowledge of garment production from development to delivery

✔️ Experience with retail, private label, or club store accounts preferred

✔️ Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
