Production Control Coordinator (Entry-Level)
Are you detail-oriented, organized, and ready to start a career in manufacturing? We’re looking for a Production Control Coordinator to join our growing metal manufacturing team. This is a great entry-level opportunity with full training provided and room for advancement.
What You’ll Do
Review purchase orders, drawings, and job specifications for accuracy
Compare work orders with customer requirements to ensure everything is correct
Create job travelers to guide work through the production process
Help outline job steps and ensure clear documentation for the production team
Collaborate with supervisors and schedulers to keep production on track
Assist with certifications and documentation (training provided)
Maintain high accuracy and quality in all tasks
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
Basic computer and data entry experience
Ability to follow instructions (reading drawings is a plus, but not required)
Team player with a positive attitude
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Reliable with a problem-solving mindset
