We are seeking motivated Production/Batching Technicians to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately batching, mixing, and filling products while maintaining quality, safety, and sanitation standards. This is a great opportunity to grow within a dynamic food manufacturing environment.

Duties & Responsibilities
Follow company policies, programs, and procedures (GMPs, SOPs, SSOPs).
Accurately batch finished product according to company formulations.
Properly fill product into finished packaging.
Maintain accurate inventory of input materials and output product in the ERP system.
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of work area and equipment per schedules and SSOPs.
Complete required documentation clearly, concisely, and accurately.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Prior batching, mixing, or food production experience strongly preferred.
Experience in food, pharmaceutical, or personal care manufacturing is helpful.
