Production Associate – Pre-Kitting Project (Seasonal)
We’re gearing up for a high-volume ski pass project and hiring Production Associates to join the team ASAP! This is a fast-paced, temporary production role supporting a large pre-kitting operation.
Project Overview
Team members will help assemble approximately 325,000 pre-kits over a 6-month period. This is a repetitive, detail-focused production role with strong attendance expectations.
What You’ll Do
Assemble pre-kits by placing stickers, magnets, and printed materials into folders in a specific order
Meet productivity goals of 120 kits per hour
Maintain quality and accuracy while working in a fast-paced environment
Follow production procedures and team guidelines
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Reliable attendance and punctuality (very important)
Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods
Ability to work efficiently in a team production setting
Assignment Details
Temporary project lasting approximately 6 months
Project starting in Boulder CO
Pay rate: $17 hourly
