Our client, Rich Products, is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to join their food manufacturing team in Gallatin, TN. Production Associates support the safe, efficient production and packaging of quality food products while maintaining strict adherence to quality, safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

What You Will Do
As a Production Associate, you will:
- Work across production and packaging lines in roles such as packer, counter, trayer, and molder.
- Package, label, seal, count, and palletize finished products.
- Operate or assist with production equipment, scales, palletizers, box erectors, and box-taping machinery.
- Perform minor equipment adjustments and basic troubleshooting.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Perform product rework, recasing, and repackaging when needed.
- Move materials using manual and electric pallet jacks.
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and organized production areas in accordance with GMP and food safety standards.
- Cross-train across different production functions as needed.
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong attendance record and high reliability.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout a 9-hour shift.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around food ingredients/allergens and in varying temperature conditions.
- Basic computer/tablet and data-entry skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to follow written procedures, SOPs, and safety guidelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food manufacturing, production, packaging, warehouse, fulfillment, assembly, or industrial environments (Preferred, but NOT required—broad background consideration applies).
- Experience working 2nd shift.
- Familiarity with GMP, food safety, or quality control practices.
Schedule & Shift Details
Shift: 2nd Shift (12:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
Schedule: Monday through Friday (Full-Time | 5 days/week)
Overtime: No mandatory overtime expected at this time.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Candidates must be comfortable working in a food production plant environment that involves standing for extended periods, physical exertion, and handling varying temperature conditions.
