Job Summary

We are seeking a Production Associate for a contract opportunity in Ashland, OH. This entry-level manufacturing role is ideal for candidates who are dependable, detail-oriented, and ready to contribute in a fast-paced production environment.

As a Production Associate, you will support daily operations by inspecting products, feeding materials into machines, organizing product flow, completing paperwork, and helping maintain quality and safety standards. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on production experience with a supportive team, clear expectations, and potential contract extensions.

Key Responsibilities

- Inspect products for visual defects and report quality concerns as needed.
- Hand feed products into machines and ensure materials are positioned correctly.
- Organize, straighten, and prepare products before loading into production equipment.
- Verify that the correct raw materials are being used for production runs.
- Complete required production paperwork accurately and on time.
- Follow safety, quality, and productivity standards while supporting the team with other duties as assigned.

3. Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $17.50 per hour.
- Job Type: Contract/Temporary.
- Duration: 3-month contract with possible extensions.
- Location: Ashland, OH.
