We are seeking reliable and motivated Assembly/Production Associates to join our manufacturing team in Boulder, CO!

This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a production environment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to start right away. No prior experience required—training is provided!

What You’ll Do: Assemble products or components according to standard work instructions Perform visual inspections to ensure quality standards are met Maintain a clean and safe work area Follow safety and quality procedures at all times Work efficiently as part of a team to meet daily goals

What We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25–40 lbs
Reliable attendance and punctuality

Willingness to learn and follow directions Previous experience in assembly, production, or manufacturing is a plus—but not required!
