Job Title: Product Regulatory Specialist

Pay Rate: $40.00/h

Position Overview:
The Product Regulatory Specialist is responsible for maintaining regulatory data accuracy, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, and managing Safety Data Sheet (SDS) processes. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to support product compliance and documentation integrity.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update internal regulatory data to ensure compliance with California Proposition 65
Verify that Safety Data Sheets (SDS) published on external partner websites match internal records and are current
Communicate with external partners to facilitate updates and ensure regulatory accuracy
Manage daily manual SDS distribution through SAP, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
Compare product labels against SDS prior to printing and document discrepancies or required revisions
Support regulatory compliance initiatives within a regulated/EHS environment

Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemistry, Toxicology, Science, or related technical discipline

Experience & Skills:
3–5 years of experience working with Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
SDS authoring experience required (must be clearly demonstrated on resume)
Experience with SAP or ability to quickly develop SAP proficiency
Experience working in a regulated or EHS environment
Familiarity with FIFRA and/or GHS regulatory frameworks preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Effective written and verbal communication skills
