This Product Marketing Associate role plays a key role in shaping and executing product marketing strategies that drive growth and market expansion. The position reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and guiding the development and launch of new products within the medical/surgical device industry.
Responsibilities include developing sales forecasts, pricing plans, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Engineering, and Quality Assurance—to ensure successful product development and market introduction. Acting as an in-house expert for assigned product lines, this role champions customer needs, engages with key opinion leaders, and provides product education and demonstrations to enhance market adoption. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience in the medical device field, exceptional analytical and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position may require 30–40% travel to support product launches, customer engagements, and market research activities.
