What You’ll Do
Analyze performance metrics and recommend process improvements for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
Support audits, compliance reviews, and quality assurance programs.
Document findings, prepare reports, and present recommendations to leadership.
Stay current with industry trends, materials, and technologies to drive innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Hands-on experience with laboratory testing, data analysis, and compliance standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP, LIMS, or similar systems is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
High School Diploma required; additional coursework or certifications in science, engineering, or product development preferred.
